family trusts

We assist clients with all aspects of family trust establishment and administration. A correctly established and operated family trust can be an effective tool for protecting assets from creditor claims and for estate planning. That doesn't mean that family trusts are right for everyone's circumstances (particularly as the Government has made substantial changes to administering its means assessment policy for determining eligibility for the residential care subsidy).

Specialised legal advice needs to be sought regarding the trust and structuring the trust to be suitable for your requirements.

Family Trusts are not so commonly established now but still have their place.
