Elder law

Are you confused by paper work and information handed to you?

We assist our clients with a wide range of advice, including asset planning, enduring powers of attorney, occupation licences in retirement or healthcare villages, wills, living wills, residential conveyancing and reverse-equity mortgages.

With more than 30 years experience helping families, we have well established relationships with local retirement and lifestyle villages.  We pride ourselves on giving clear understandable advice, especially to the elderly, as well as contact with other organisations and lifestyle and retirement villages further afield.

If your parent or relative loses capacity to make decisions for themselves, and doesn’t have enduring powers of attorney in place, we can assist you with an application so that someone can be appointed to act on behalf of your loved one.

Hugh recently attended an Elder Law Conference in May of 2018 so has all of the up to date information in relation to all aspects of Elder Law.
